would then contact you for a full discussion about the role and the
company it was for - also to gain an idea of your availability for

agree to us using your information and also give us permission to send
it to our clients. We would not, however, include any of your

allow us to use the information in them.
When dealing with permanent vacancies for our clients and candidates we
act as an 'Employment Agency' and as such will charge a fee to the

WORK
Temporary
work can be a good way of getting into permanent work or you can use it
to fit in with your lifestyle. We supply many types of workers to
businesses and industry in the South West at many skill levels from
labourers to highly qualified professionals. We
will register anyone from the UK, EU and Accession Countries or others
legally entitled to work in the UK; at present we have no suitable jobs
for other
nationalities who may need a work permit as we cannot prove a need with
the vacancies we presently handle. To
be able to undertake temporary assignments for us you have to be
registered. To register we need you to come to our office and
complete some forms. If you have difficulty with this (perhaps you
cannot manage our two flights of stairs) we can organise a more
accessible venue; however, we never register candidates at their own
homes. We will also ask you to allow us to see and copy your passport or
other form of ID. For a fuller explanation click on the link below
for either EU or UK Nationals, then click on the flag for your country.
Assigning temporary workers, we operate as an ‘Employment Business’.
As part of registration we will ask you to agree and sign a
contract for services; this type of contract does not give rise to a
contract of employment.
Also a ‘mutuality of obligation’ does not exist between
temporary workers and an Employment Business.
The Contract for services is on the reverse of the registration
form; you will be given a copy. You are not obliged to undertake any
assignment offered to you and we are not obliged to offer you any
assignment. Pay,
Tax and NI info.
