Flexible or temporary staffing lets you increase or decrease your workforce in line with demand. The planned use of Temporary Workers means that you only pay for staff when you need them Whether you need people for a period of time, or by the day we can supply staff  saving you time and money. More importantly we take care of all the Recruitment, Payroll costs and administration.

 

What’s more if your workload changes you simply stop using them without penalty. We can also supply staff, often within an hours notice and we have a minimum charge of just 4 hours and are available 24 hours day 7 days a week with our out of hours service.  

 

Temp to Perm Scheme

 

Recruiting new staff is always a risk! No matter how good you are at interviewing– its not until they commence work that you find out if they really are as good as you think they are !!

 

Premier’s  temp to perm scheme lets you “try before you buy”.By having someone as a temp for period of time you can see how they actually get on – whether they fit or whether they don’t and you save on the recruitment costs, So No advertising, No staff time, No interviewing and Most importantly - No Introduction Fee – and of course you can fill your vacancy immediately!
