Temporary
Assignments with our
Clients - where we act as an Employment Business - in other words you
will be engaged by Premier on a contract for services (a contract for
services does not give rise to a contract of employment and a mutuality
of obligation does not exist between Temporary Workers and an Employment
Business) All Temporary Workers are paid by Premier under PAYE rules.
We are not obliged to seek a
suitable position on your behalf and you are, obviously, not obliged to
accept any offers made to you. We do not advise giving up a
permanent job for a temporary assignment as there is no guarantee of
duration.
HAVING YOUR OWN
TRANSPORT WOULD BE A DISTINCT ADVANTAGE TO YOU, ALTHOUGH WE DO RUN
BUSES (FARE PAYABLE) TO MANY LOCATIONS, SHOULD YOU WISH TO USE IT AND IT
IS AVAILABLE.
